My life generally falls into three areas. For the most part, I’m a qualified professional marketer who works in the music sector, with experience in the publishing, orchestral, education and membership worlds within that.
Away from that, however, I conduct music. That’s to say I stand in front of groups of musicians and try to bring everything together so that our performances are truly musical, stylish and exciting. I’m interested in great music, not (just) great composers.
And the third bit of my life? Well, whenever I’m not doing either of the above, I’m an armchair sportsman/amateur baker/converted cat owner who’s getting married this year.
